Frequently asked questions
TimbraMX POS costs $700 MXN (VAT included) as a single payment. There are no monthly fees. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you complete your purchase.
For now the license is single-register: it covers one register (one computer). We are preparing a multi-register version; let us know if you need it.
Your license does not expire and the POS keeps working fully. What ends after one year is the right to download new updates; renew them whenever you want to keep receiving them.
Not to sell, take payments, manage inventory or close the register. You do need a connection to stamp invoices, sell top-ups and, from time to time, validate your license (at least every 15 days).
Invoices use your TimbraMX stamps, just like the web portal (packages from $300 MXN for 25 stamps, VAT included). CFDI invoicing is for businesses in Mexico and is optional.
Yes. If you change computers, let us know and we will release your license so you can activate it on the new one.
A computer with Windows 10 (2004) or Windows 11. For receipts, a thermal printer (optional). Install it from Microsoft Store and activate it with your license key.
